I was stuck in Panchgani during the rains, and Gozo Cabs helped me out to arrange a cab back to Mumbai. Although I had a bus booked, I was not sure about the confirmation of the ride, as the calls were not answered by the operator. It's then that I decided to book a car with Gozo. Ms. Krishnaa Das was very patient and followed up and ensured that I had gotten into the right car. The car was very clean and well maintained, and the driver assigned was well-behaved and very kind and understanding. Although I had opted for a sedan, I was offered an SUV for no additional cost. I would like to thank her and the entire Gozo team for their support and excellent service.
