It was a good experience. I had booked a round trip where toll had to be paid additionally. There should be a system where the customer knows the exact toll that was paid instead of relying on the drivers word. Since most times it gets debited through FastTag, there is no way of knowing the exact amount. The FastTag is generally connected to the car owners account and not with the driver.

It was good trip. Driver behavior and driving skill was good. Your agent skill and capability in booking the cab is very good. I like the way they handle my call. Only issue I face is advance payment was not reflecting when driver arrived and starting the journey. I did not receive the OTP to start the journey.
