This was my first booking with Gozo. The entire experience, right from booking till ending the trip was simply superb. The customer care representative, Mr. Ravi was extremely helpful and friendly. The user interface of the website was excellent and trustworthy. I booked the cab by paying 15% of the trip cost and remaining amount was to be paid at the end of trip. The car (Hyundai Xcent) arrived in time and was clean & in very good condition. Also the driver was quite nice. Most importantly, We did not have to pay a single penny extra for anything during the travel. The agreed rate for the trip was the cheapest compared to all other options. I will suggest to provide online tracking or at least SMS/email alerts at the time of starting and ending the trip. I will not only recommend it to all, but also I will always ensure to use Gozo for my personal use.
