Overall trip in a words like "SUPERB", "AWESOME", "TRULY COMFORTABLE". Driver was highly professional and too serious about precautions of COVID 19. He was very gentle and drives the car very smoothly which easily gives a relaxation. Cab was fully sanitized and of course very well maintained by cab owner. It reliefs me a lot from the epidemic panic of Corona Virus. About Call Center, they did their job to the best. Some of few associates did follow ups before and entire the trip. Also helped me out with all necessary things which I have to follow before journey. I never seen this kind of professionalism. Now I must say to everyone .... " DON'T THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOK A CAB FROM GOZO ", you have nothing to lose here.
