Initially the car provided was unmiantained and seems quire old Indigo. But after raising complaint, MOHIT from Gozocab, nice attended and arranged for good car with nice Driver. However it lost more than 1 hour . Also there need to be clarity on Airport charges. We have paid it, but there was no clarity at the time of booking. But overall GOOD experience. We would like to book again as and when required in Delhi and North.

Gozo online booking procedure is excellent, their customer care is also prompt, if you call show ingage, they revert you back within 5 min, cab was also good, neat and clean, only one concern i.e. driver was not go good, he was always switiching off AC even my wife Need to remind him again ana again for putting on, i thing he is first driver i have seen who says he feels little uncomfortable with AC. if so why he have choose to became a cab driver specially ac one.

I tried booking through the website, unfortunately it wouldn't accept a uk card. I called the number on the website and received incrediably good service. The driver turned up on time, the car was clean. Even though the journey took 6 hours longer than anticipated ( due to it being one of those auspicious days for weddings) he was always courteous & safe. Would highly recommend & will be booking them again. Robin, the guy that took the booking spoke impeccable English - the whole experience was painless
