Very good service, the car was in excellent condition and the driver friendly and helpful, and knew his way around the destination. Pickup at the airport was also perfect. Maybe it would be good to make a different booking form for airport pickup, because putting in adress and so on for the airport confused me a bit...

Right from the first telephonic communication with the representative from Gozocab, Mr. Sourabh, it was absolutely smooth sailing. They have great customer focus...detailed information was shared on the phone....it could be clearly seen that this was not a mechanism to fleece people rather customer convenience was the key...all promises made on the phone were kept...the driver was very well informed and courteous and picked us up at the right time at the Delhi station...the car was clean and well maintained...the breaks in between were at the appropriate places and we reached Jaipur at the right time...no effort or overtones were there towards taking extra money....Highly recommended
