This is the first time I booked any cab from IGI Airport to Zirakpur while sitting in USA and I booked for my family. Communication is excellent. I received an email from them about cab and driver information. So, I called the driver Rajesh and he told me due to some reason he is not picking up my family but from his company another driver is picking up family and he already communicated to the Gozocabs. The moment hang up the phone, I received another email about updated driver information. Even after all this they picked up my family on time. My kids were happy bec cab was clean and driver Sandeep was very helpful. In the end I am impressed with their service and communication. I will recommend them for sure to my friends and family.
