very professional ,Good customer service .will Definitely recommend GOZO to others .My only disappointment was just 1 hour before the journey, the cab driver and gozo calls me to say that the cab cannot travel from Kasol as there is a taxi union which would not allow outside taxi s .I had to take a local bus for a 1 hour journey which was crowded and caused me a bit of inconvenience .My feed back is in future please check all these details in advance before fixing the cab from a destination. otherwise overall experience was good. Good vehicle and a pleasant driver . Thankyou

Excellent service. The CHAT option on your web page is very good. Very prompt. The car was in very good condition. The driver was very himble and polite. His driving was a bit rash though. At some point in the hilly regions we got scared. Neverthless it was a great experience riding with you. I am a avid traveller and look forward to more trips with Gozocabs
