Gogo Related: From the start, communication between GOZO team and I was very clear. Mails were sent as confirmation. When I requested for a day's extension, response was very swift with clear implications to the cost. Even when I confirmed the journey only late in the evening, driver was sent to me early morning to start the job. I find GOZO services outstanding. Driver Related: My aged parents were travelling alone. I had asked GOZO for a driver who could speak Tamil very well as they were travelling primarily in TN. We got an excellent driver. Driver always put me on route tracking and called from all the pit stops. He helped my parents whenever needed. He held their hands when they needed to go up or down the steps or ramp. He was extremely patient with them. Again I find the choice of driver outstanding.
