The Cab driver in person was good, but reported 1 hour after the scheduled pick up time. Also, the quality of the Cab was very bad and the suspension of the Car was in a bad condition making the entire ride very discomforting.

It was a nice experience but I didn't understand why the state tax of Rs.600 has been collected by the cab driver extra if all the payment was done online & toll charges has been paid by me. I don't have any receipt of the same. I had asked the driver for same but he said that it will reflect in the invoice. Do let me know if it was rightly collected? If not, what needs to be done here?
