Thiruvalluvar statue is a 40 meters tall statue of an eminent Tamil poet and philosopher- Saint Thiruvalluvar. From this place, you can take a ferry to Vivekananda Rock, which takes about 5 minutes to reach by Ferry. Vivekananda Rock is a memorial built on a rock, about half kilometers out to sea. It is believed that Swami Vivekananda meditated on this rock and attained enlightenment here.
