Dakshineswar Kali Temple
The temple is dedicated to goddess Kali. It was built during the 19th century. The Dakshineswar Kali Temple is of great religious importance for the people in West Bengal. The temple also has a cluster of 12 shrines in their individual temples within the campus.
Howrah Bridge
Howrah Bridge is iconic to West Bengal. It is the sixth largest and the busiest cantilever (a type of mechanical structure) bridge in the world.
Eden Gardens
You can also visit the Eden Gardens cricket stadium in Kolkata. It was established in 1864 and named after Eden Gardens, one of the oldest parks in the West Bengal. The stadium also hosts football matches occasionally.

You can take a walk around the streets, taste local cuisine, and discuss the art and history with your tour guide. It is a one of a kind experience to dive into the Bengali culture. And yes, be there in every picture on the street!
Sunderbans
There are resorts and cottage houses to spend your day amidst the wild. You can also enjoy the night safari at the Sunderbans. People say- the night safari is magical and surreal display of nature.
Victoria Memorial
It is a large marble stone building in Kolkata, built in the memory of the queen Victoria. It is a museum and art gallery. You can also find exhibitions at the place. So, a good place for shopping as well.
Swami Vivekananda’s Ancestral House
It is a huge mansion which belonged to Swami Vivekananda’s father and ancestors. It was occupied by the family, and after decades of efforts, the Ramakrishna mission acquired the mansion. The building is restored and most of the things are preserved as used by Swami Vivekananda.
