Agra is a city situated along the banks of river Yamuna in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Red Fort/Agra Fort – Situated right opposite to the Jama Masjid, the fort contains marvellous palaces both in red sandstone and white marble built by Akbar and later Jahangir and Shah Jahan.
Akbar’s Tomb – This mausoleum is situated on the outskirts of the Agra City. It houses the mortal remains of the Mughal Emperor Akbar. It is not as magnificent as the Taj Mahal or grand as the Red Fort, but it is still worth a visit for its Mughal Architecture.
Fatehpur Sikri – It is a city in the Agra District of Uttar Pradesh, India. Some of the places to visit here are Bulland Darwaza, Diwan-I-Khas, Jodhabai Palace, and Panch Mahal.
